Despite some unavoidable weather challenges (lots of fog while on scenic Great Ocean Rd), this was a great trip. Definitely recommend, but be aware that the accommodations are at youth hostels. You're sharing a dorm with bunk beds with a bunch of other people. I was staying at hotels before and after this tour so I didn't have my own towel to bring along, and didn't realize I'd need one. I would have liked to get my own room, but Viator wasn't able to do it by email, required a phone call - why? Most people on tour were in their early to mid 20's. Tour guide was great.

Loved our 3 day adventure with Bec! We were looking to get out and see some of Australia's country and wildlife and this tour delivered. Having 3 days to really explore and enjoy the views both on the coast and hiking in the Grampians was a highlight of our trip to Australia. It is really special to see the Koalas, Kangaroos, wallabies and Emus out in their natural environment. The accommodation, while a bit more rustic than we are accustomed to, was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the well planned itinerary and pit stops along the way. We never felt that we were too long or too short on time anywhere, or too long on the bus. Highly recommend this tour for anyone with a sense of adventure and wanting to really see Australia, rather than just the big cities.

I travel alone most of the time. I find this tour as one of the most memorable from the scenic places to the fascinating koalas and kangaroos to the company of new-found friends. Thanks to our Tour Guide Darren who made the tour exciting and peppy. Makes me want to go on a tour again!

My boyfriend and I have had the best 3 days exploring everything from beaches to rainforests to mountains. We’ve seen some of the most beautiful things this country has to offer and I can’t believe we were able to do this in only three days! Our tour guide, Guy, has not only facilitated this perfectly but has been an integral part in allowing us to create some of the most memorable moments of our holiday. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors and wants to see what this country has to offer.

An absolutely freaking awesome 3 days and 2 nights. The greatest tragedy of it was it didn't go for longer. Our tour guide Guy was faultless in every way. He handled one of the most diverse group I have ever travelled with, with ease. Thoroughly recommend đź‘Ť

Our guide Darren was an absolute star. He knows so much about a variety of topics and really impressed me with his love for wildlife, photography and nature. Next to that, it was also great to have a beer with him in the pub! Very personal approach and a good way to learn more about Australia. Definitely would recommend to any traveler who would like to experience all the aspects that make Australia so unique. Darren, thanks for everything!!

My sister and I booked this tour and had the best time with Jiri and the other travelers. We had a great group of people and got to see some amazing places along the Great Ocean Road and in the Grampians. Our guide was highly organized with timing and meals and accommodated our need for gluten free food. We learned so much about Australian nature, animals, conservation and history and got to experience a true hiking experience up to the Pinnacles as well as walk through the rainforest and along many boardwalks. We absolutely loved the trip and will remember it as the best three days of our stay in Australia for 2 weeks! Thank you Jiri, you're the best!

What a fabulous tour, stunning scenery amazing guide Jerry (Jezza) who was so knowledgeable about the history, geology and wildlife of the area. We saw kangaroos and koala up close and even an emu daddy with 3 chicks walking along the roadside along with numerous bird species. The Grampian hikes were spectacular...we were the champions of the Grampians..sung to Queen. Jerry produced two amazing breakfasts for everyone and a great evening bar-b-q.
