Pick up point - Outside Eureka Tower Observation deck (7, Riverside Quay, Southbank)
Hotel pick up - this can be provided from selected CBD, Southbank and Docklands hotels only and must be communicated in advance.
Please provide a local mobile contact number on your booking, incase we need to contact you pre-tour.
Our standard pick-up time is 7am, however please note that during winter months and for select hotels, the pick-up time is 06:30am.
Once we have your exact pick-up address (i.e. Melbourne CBD hotel) and the the requested tour date, we can confirm the exact pick up time.
